tammy & ethan : 10.26.08

I'm super excited to post Tammy and Ethan's engagement session! The shoot took place in Moorestown, NJ, where there was a ton of cute alleyways and buildings to use for our session. Tammy and Ethan were really laid back and so much fun to work with! I absolutely have to start out with my favorite... so beautiful:

I grabbed some candids of Tammy and Ethan as we walked around town scouting out new areas to shoot in...

Ahh... Perfect!

This was our more active segment of the session... Tammy, thanks for taking the plunge even though you had heels on!

and a cute spin:

Coffee Break!

It's a stare down:

let them eat cake! : 10.23.08

Kella and I decided to take the day and go to the PhotoPlus Expo in NYC. It was a great day and after the show, we pulled out our cameras on our way to dinner. Here are some of the highlights of our 20 minute walk to Carmine's:

Sometimes it's the smallest things in life that can get girls a little goofy. This time is was a little cupcake shop that we discovered on our way; we opted to go for dessert before dinner. The cupcakes were bright, beautiful, and of course, delicious! So sweet!

We took some shots of each other acting ridiculous before we devoured our new little treasures; Kella shooting me and vice versa:

As we neared the Broadway district, we found this fun wall of colorful swatches and grabbed a couple shots of each other.

I'm so glad Kella picked orange socks for the day! Who would have known we'd find this building and they'd look so great with it...

Ahh... We found it... Time to eat again!

is it christmas already? 10.19.08

The Ferrador Family is back and they're getting a head start on their holiday cards!

500 candy canes were used on our shoot! The family spent the night before opening each and every one of 'em...

Oh no... the set is falling apart...

and... we lost one!

We take a short break and I get a chance to meet the new addition to the Ferrador Family... This is Sam:

Just a couple more shots before it's time to clean up all of the candy cane bits off the floor!
