Italy was fantastic... Not only is the food delicious, but the colors of Italy are pretty yummy, as well!













Brett felt like a giant in Europe!

Poppies grew wild all over Italy...

Sorrento had enormous fruit... especially their lemons!

Brett and I developed a new love for 'water with gas'...

Dogs were everywhere in Italy. Most of them were friendly strays, but this particular one had an owner.




Many of the roads in Venice were extremely narrow. When it was raining, there was moments that I couldn't even open my umbrella! Venice is definitely a labyrinth...




Even their house numbers are nice.

our rehearsal dinner : 5.23.08

Ahh... We're finally back to real life! Here are some detail shots from our rehearsal dinner (which feels like forever ago). I decided to go with some pop for the rehearsal, since our wedding colors were very subdued; however, I did incorporate some elements from our wedding with the gift letter tags!

Well, it's almost here; I can almost hear the wedding bells! There are so many things that I've wanted to post, but haven't had time to. Here's a little preview of what's to come at our wedding: 5.25.08!

taking the new lense out for a spin : 1.13.08

Brett was a good sport, since it was cold day and for most of the shots, I made him remove his jacket. But.... It was worth it; he looks great!

Although the intent of the day was to shoot portraits of each other, we came across some potential sites to have our wedding pictures done. Red Bank is a great town with all its nooks and crannies, but also means a lot to us, since our first day was there. This mural, located in Riverside Gardens Park, will be a great contender; it's bright, colorful, and vibrant!

stuff i love : grapples®

In a world of puggles and sporks, we now have Grapples®! Introduced to me by a coworker, these wonderful little treats look like an apple, but taste like a grape. Although a little disappointed to find out that these are not a hybrid of the two fruits, but a grape flavoring infused into a Fuji; I still love them anyway. Anyone who knows me sees that I eat a TON of apples, so this is a nice little break from the typical Granny Smith or Gala!
